When you request a rental through the Recreogo Platform, and that request is accepted, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Business Partner. At the time of booking you are required to pay for the rental item in full and therefore subject to the Business Partner’s cancellation policy.
Recreogo is committed to providing our customers with the very best booking experience possible.
As a benefit to our customers who have created a Recreogo Account, you can cancel or modify the reservation for free through your online portal within the first 24 hours.
After 24 hours, or for those customers who checked out as a guest, the customer would need to contact the business directly, from whom the item was rented to cancel or modify the reservation.
